Fund ''Eurika'' helps children. Our job is to improve health care for children.
Education, and introduce children to good works, and charity, and changing the future.

"Eurika'' Children fund was, firstly established in 2004 by Matīss Barkovskis (1989)
The motivation for doing charity he got while he was in hospital due an injury.
For more than 2 weeks he was not able to walk, and in these two weeks he gone through,
The health care in Latvia, Reanimation ward.

''When I was almost ready to walk, day before leaving hospital doctor Peteris Kļava took me through the reanimation ward,
To show me that I must be careful in my young active age, because many young boys and girls, are inattentive, and many of them
Have gone through tragicall car accidents, and carelessness that have cause to tragical health problems.''
When I saw the young children, I was shocked. I really assessed my health, that I can walk, or breath, comparing to the children in ward.
That motivated me so hard, that me and my brother Oskar, decided to help, in some way we can to improve the health situation."
By words of Matīss Barkovskis

Firstly we decided, to make Christmas charity cards that we have painted at home. Some company offered us idea to print them, as
Christmas charity cards. And we did that also. And in 2005 we were happy because, with help of many companies, in Latvia
we gifted the reanimation ward, our first equipment.
